Thank you for choosing BaliGolfSpot.com for your golfing experience in Bali. To ensure transparency and fairness, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings made through our platform.

1. General Cancellation Terms

1.1. Notice Period:

  • All cancellations must be communicated to us in writing via email or through our official booking platform.
  • The cancellation date is determined by the date we receive the cancellation request.

1.2. Refund Eligibility:

  • Refund eligibility and amount depend on the timing of the cancellation notice relative to the booking date and service start time, as outlined below.

2. Cancellation and Refund Schedule

2.1. Golf Course Bookings:

  • More than 7 days before the booking date: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
  • Between 3 to 7 days before the booking date: 50% refund.
  • Less than 3 days before the booking date: No refund.

2.2. Golf Packages and Tours:

  • More than 14 days before the start date: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
  • Between 7 to 14 days before the start date: 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before the start date: No refund.

2.3. Same-Day Cancellations or No-Show:

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on the same day of the booking or for no-shows.

3. Rescheduling Policy

3.1. Rescheduling Requests:

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 1 day before the original booking date.

3.2. Last-Minute Rescheduling:

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the booking date are treated as cancellations and subject to the cancellation policy.

4. Special Considerations

4.1. Weather-Related Cancellations:

  • If weather conditions prevent play (e.g., heavy rain or unsafe conditions), BaliGolfSpot.com will coordinate with the golf course to reschedule or issue a partial refund. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

4.2. Force Majeure:

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), refunds or rescheduling will be assessed individually based on the situation.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after confirmation of the cancellation.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
